Our Policies

àLouise is a an exclusive bridal salon that serves one bride at a time in order to guarantee the most tailored experiences for our brides. Therefore, we require brides to make an appointment prior to visiting the boutique.

All gowns and accessories purchased at àLouise are made-to-order, and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. All sales are final. Samples sold are also final sales and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We understand that plans change, however, as we can only serve a limited number of brides a day, we respectfully ask our brides to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and you will receive a complete refund of your appointment fee. If appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will not be eligible for an appointment fee refund and $30 for a 1 hour appointment or $60 for a 2 hour appointment will be charged. Brides that do not show up to their appointment without notice will be charged a $30 no-show fee for 1 hour appointments, and $60 for 2 hour appointments. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time without further notice.

Appointment fees are shown under the Appointment section of the website and are non-refundable service fees, unless a dress is purchased on the same day as the scheduled appointment, in which case the appointment fee can be applied towards the purchase.
